The rooms of Westburn House

There are 8 rooms available for rent at Westburn House, offered preferably on an initial 3-month rental agreement. All clients will be offered an automatic invitation to extend their rental contract before the room is released back onto the market, subject to terms and conditions of their own rental contract. A one month notice to leave is required.

All rentals are offered subject to satisfactory bank references and a three month deposit placed in advance of the rental commencing. Any necessary IT connections to your room will be configured once you have decided on your layout and paid the deposit.
